About Us

We are just “normal” people with full time jobs who love to travel. We use our vacation days strategically, maximize points and rewards, and pack in as much as possible. Having a kid didn’t slow us down much and you shouldn’t let it stop you. However, there is a learning curve. We want to make it a bit easier for you and your family to explore the world. We love experiencing new places through Luke’s sense of wonder and we hope you get to do the same.

I’ve had the “travel bug” for as long as I can remember. I’m the main writer for the blog and the detail-oriented planner behind all of our adventures.

I prefer traveling to small, quiet towns in the countryside. Since I usually sit behind a desk, I want to be outdoors during vacations.

Josh

Josh is the man behind the scenes. He’s the one taking pictures, carrying all the bags, and handling the technical side of the website. Josh researches points and miles to help us keep traveling.

Josh prefers visiting National Parks and other places where he can truly get off the beaten path.

Luke

One-year-old Luke is already a travel pro. He enjoys waving hello to everyone we meet and using every opportunity to eat gelato.
